(1kOhm, 1 - 10V)
Part number: FAC-FBS-PWMDA
Description
FAC-FBS-PWMDA is a module that allows you to change one of the fast outputs (Y0, Y2...) PLC to analog output. The circuit uses the principle of pulse width modulation. Manufacturer makes change for a special order by replacing the current output circuit (transistor or relay) circuit FAC-FBS-PWMDA. Circuit FAC-FBS-PWMDA it uses PLCs function FUN139.HSPWM to ensure that generate an output voltage range of 0V to 10 VDC.
Technical Data:
Output voltage range: 0 to 10VDC
Digital input value: 0 to 1000
Resolution: 10mV (10V/1000)
Output resistance: 1 kOhm
Minimum resistance load: 5.2 kOhm
Time D/A conversion: <50 msec
Main possibilities of using FAC-FBS-PWMDA
• For larger series equipment based on PLC FATEK with one analog output (to reduce the final price)
• Saves space - no required space next to the PLC and does not take up a position on the board for the expansion board on PLC (e.g. for expansion board analog outputs).
Notice
Because PLC outputs has always united ground in pairs, cannot be used the second output from the pair. Therefore, if you use the FAC-FBS-PWMDA output Y0, output Y1 cannot be used. After adjustment should be clearly marked label PLC so that in the future to avoid unwanted confusion PLC! The module cannot be used in PLC series B1z because it does not support the functions required for pulse-width modulation PWM.
Note: Output used for FBS-PWMDA may be originally as a relay or transistor (only differ in the mounting the module to the PLC).
